What counts as a completed visit?
A visit reaches VERIFIED status once the worker submits their before and after photos and the AI quality check passes. Visits that are FLAGGED and then REJECTED by an admin, or that are cancelled or skipped, do not count toward your billing total.
When am I billed?
Monthly in arrears on the last day of each calendar month. Payment terms are NET 15 from invoice date.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Plan changes take effect at the start of the next billing month. There are no penalties for moving between Starter, Growth, and Enterprise.
What is the SLA?
Axhy targets 99% uptime. If availability falls below that in a given calendar month, you receive a 10% credit on that month's bill. Full details are in the Terms of Service.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — a 14-day pilot with your first real client. You pay nothing during the pilot period. After 14 days, billing begins on the plan you select.
Is GST extra?
Yes. 18% GST is applied to all invoices as required by Indian tax law. Your invoice will show the base amount and GST separately.
